Cancelations & Returns

In case you wish to change the product you have purchased, you have the opportunity to do so within 10 days from the day you receive your order.

• Returns are accepted if the product is not worn and is in its original condition.
• To proceed with the return process, please contact us first.
• The cost of returning your parcel is € 3.60, if you send your parcel with the company EASY MAIL, with which we cooperate. In case you want to send the parcel with a different company, you bear the entire shipping costs, otherwise we will not receive your parcel and it will be returned to you.
• Refunds are not made.
